RODS FOR WELDING

The Rods for carrying out welding, produced by the Genova-based firm are made of tin and lead alloys, can be half-round and have length of 400 mm and varied width from 8 to 10 mm.

The melting point for welding vary according to the percentage in favour of one element or the other, from 160 °C to 210 °C.

Rods, also made by hand -to ensure a level of excellence, are available in different formats:

Dall'Orto also produces low melting point rods for D.E. welding They are called "eutectic" (easy to melt, derived from greek), and are available in two versions:

  • "Lipowitz" p. alloy of fusion at 65/75 °C
  • "Homberg" p. alloy of fusion at 120/125 °C
